Refunds & Cancellations

Last updated: 26 June 2026

IR(R) Revision is a one-time purchase of £9.95 for 30 days of access to digital study content. This policy explains your cancellation rights and how refunds work.

Your 14-day cancellation right

Under UK consumer law you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content and receive a refund. However, that right is lost once you have given express consent to access the content immediately and acknowledged that you thereby lose the right to cancel.

Because access is granted instantly on payment, at checkout you consent to immediate access and accept that once you have started using the content you waive the 14-day cancellation right. If you have not yet accessed any paid content, you may request a full refund within 14 days.

If something goes wrong

Your statutory rights are unaffected. If the service is faulty, not as described, or you were charged in error, contact us and we will put it right, including issuing a refund where due.

No auto-renewal

Access is a one-off purchase that simply expires after 30 days. Nothing renews automatically, so there is no subscription to cancel.

How to request a refund

Contact us via the support chat on this site (or the email address given in our Terms), telling us the email address on your account and the date of purchase. Eligible refunds are made to the original payment method via Stripe.
